     Our authentic New Orleans Cuisine is very popular in the Bay Area, we enjoy a good reputation for our food quality and fast friendly service.  Our customers appreciate seeing our big pots of Seafood Gumbo, Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya, Crawfish Ettouffee, and our Blackened Shrimp, cooked from scratch. with fresh ingredients using our famous recipes.

     We had restaurants in New Orleans for 15 years, and enjoyed the privilege of being a food vendor in the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival from 1975-1987.

     Our family moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in  1987 with our three young sons. Now twenty years later our sons are an important part of the family business.
